Needs improvement, but "assistant" was on the right track with what the problem was. I would not call this excellent care. Hispanic guy working at the front desk could not allow me to be registered (for a repeat visit) even though I made it on time before closing. "here for too many hours, i want to leave". The problem that was presenting itself was quite severe but these people could not understand that point.
