Long time patient here gives an A+++ to all the staff, especially Dr.J.Gracey, she's an amazing doctor & person! They have all gone above and beyond to help lower the pain I have, always there to help/comfort patients in their times of need.
Dr. Peterson is very compassionate and empathic. He takes time to listens to what I have to say. I have never feel rushed or ignored. He always asked if there is anything new or any changes. Before being directed to Neupath by a friend, I did not think any doctor wanted to help me. Dr. Peterson has not only helped me be in less pain, he has also sent me to other doctors and a great physio place that actually works with you. He is a doctor that cares about his patients. Excellent place to come for pain for sure. I have been coming to this place for almost a decade now to see Dr. Gracey. This place makes you feel warm and relaxed with front staff Susanne and Debbie as you wait for you name to be called. Then you have the nurses Hunter and Jenn that make you feel welcomed and truly listen to any concern you may have at time of appointment and to the after care as well. Dr Gracey and the staff at NeuPath are amazing. I would recommend NeuPath to anyone.
Dr. Gracy is amazing and the staff are wonderful. The staff are always greeting you with a smile. They are compassionate friendly and professional. I cannot say enough about them. I would recommend the clinic to anyone who is dealing with chronic pain issues as the staff are excellent.
