They USED to be a very wonderful empathetic clinic. Now ot truly seems that no one listens, cares or gives thought about the patient. Its sad to have watched it grow in size while declining in care. My biggest issue would be with your medical files. I am requesting mine to look over as the doctor I'd been seeing for 5 years now seems to hold beliefs about my health and current situation that are 100% untrue! Thank you Dr. Ali Hadi for giving me some quality of life back, he listened to me for over an hour and was so kind and sympathetic! I have been to Sunnybrook, Mt Sinai, Toronto Western so this was not my first rodeo, as they say. I thank you again, God bless and we will see you next month!!
Dr Hariton is awesome! So friendly, so professional and very caring. I have been coming to him for over 12 years and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a pain management plan and some relief. The nursing staff and administrative staff, Ann and Lucy, are great too! They are always very pleasant and welcoming.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming- from the front desk ladies to the nurses and the doctor. I am so happy with my experience at Neupath. I would highly recommend them. My pain and quality of life has really improved since I began my treatments.
