A/C did not work after his "routine" maintenance. Called immediately but he did not come for 1.5 days. Claimed phone was not working and truck was broken. Said it was a bad valve that had nothing to do with the maintenance. Promised to get the part and fix it next morning, and to call no matter what. Called once saying he was on the way to the parts store. Never called or emailed again. Did not answer my many calls.

Hired him to do repair on sus he installed, he was a no call no show, I texted he returned my text at 3a.m. Completely unprofessional. Call Good guys instead ask for Craig. Thomas Neuner can’t be trusted

This is a horrible company. The technician came to my house and replaced parts that I did not need. He also charged diagnostic fees without checking the equipment properly. He replaced a few parts and charged me and none of the repairs actually repaired anything. After coming back to try to repair my ac, he took the part that he replaced back and I still got charged for it. I ended up going with another company and right away they told me the unit is old and bad and could not be repaired. I got charged over $800 for somethin... read more
