Dr. Neumeister and staff are kind, compassionate and offer top notch medical care.
Hands down, my best experience at the vet in town. It's always an unfortunate circumstance when you have to make a visit due to your beloved pet not feeling well... As far as compassion, care,knowledge and empathy to both humans and animals....the visit exceeded my expectations. She ran a test, that I feel like many would not have...and thank goodness she did! I will return, and am grateful for the opportunity to take my fur babies there. Thank you for your care and compassion!
As always I can trust them to take good care of my cat. Plus everyone is just so nice.
I have been vetting with Neumeister's since I was a little girl. I wouldn't trust my dog to any other vet like I do Mary Lynn. She is so caring and compassionate and she is a family friend. No one goes out of their way like she does!!!!! :)
I can't think of any place other then Neumeister Animal Hospital to take my four legged family. All of the good reviews that other people have left I will double. There is no other animal hospital that can equal it. It always amazes me when people say their pet doesn't like going to the vet. My pups have been dragging me through the door to that hospital for over twenty-five years. I think that says it all. A big thank you to Dr, Neumeister and everyone who works there.
After just receiving a call from Doctor, I couldn't help but write a review. It would be biased to write a review and say, "Best Vet in Dubuque", because Dr. Neumeister is the only Vet we have visited. Truly, though, we have felt and continue to feel that we are receiving the best vet care around. Dr. Neumeister goes above and beyond the calling of a doctor.
