Took the time to view and apply. Called in to never hear back. If I am not accepted, at least have some audacity to say so. It’s been over a week now and I was told I would be informed the following day. I was willing to pay the deposit and first month up front. Kept my hopes high to bring them down.
As a fellow real estate agent/broker and property manager, I was very disappointed at the level of professionalism from this company. Was trying to obtain a rental verification on a previous tenant and got the runaround, not only from the office staff but the owner himself! He was rude and very curt!
Slum lord to the max. Doesn’t allow pets floors and kitchen area super outdated. No worth the rent from him
Refused to pay tenants their security deposits back! Going to have to take him to small claim court
I missed a date for an interview for office work and he called me 11 times and left 3 voicemails?! Seemed unprofessional on the phone too.
