We had a great experience with Neuman Heating & Air Conditioning. The quote they provided for replacing our AC system was fair and fully represented the work needed. They took time to explain the job and answer our questions. The office staff was also extremely helpful as well as the techs who did the job. Overall we were very happy with the services provided and would recommend them.
I called because I was getting a burning smell coming from the boiler after taking a shower and they said they would send an “expert over” charged me $150 to send someone. The person they sent had no idea what he was looking at, he was receiving instructions on what to look at over the phone, and describe back what they saw over the phone. Completely a waste of time.
Neuman Heating & Air Conditioning did an awesome job. Called in the evening due to our A/C going out and they came out in the morning on Father's day and fixed everything quickly. Stayed to make sure everything was working properly. Great service. I would definitely recommend and go through them again.
Tech arrived on time. I was notified upon his arrival. Completed service work, and found some needed repairs. Sent pictures of furnace compartment, and items that needed repair to my phone. Very well documented. Very satisfied with the service call.
The friendly and courteous demeanor of the technicians made the entire Heating & Cooling service experience pleasant and stress-free.
