I could give it a ZERO. they have lied to me, won't return my phone calls kept my deposit with the promise to send it which never happened. now I have to go to small claims court. they gave us a notice to vacate in thirty days with no explanation except my lease was up in February and as of July they weren't renewing it. As of 9/11 we still have not received our deposit.
I lived in the rose st apartments for over 3 years. Nueliving was really friendly and helpful when problems happen. I definitely recommend them for your renting needs.
