Kathy Fiola took on a challenge and went beyond the call of duty to solve our problems. We were in competition with three other sellers in our area, and thanks to her efforts, our house sold first, and above our list price. immoral business practice – don't know about the rest of the agents here, but DO NOT hire Gerard O'Leary!!!! 1. He has 0 professionalism, he shows the house to his clients wearing an outfit fit for a Guns'n'Roses concert circa 1990. 2. He shows no respect and conisideration for the rest of the community, parked his car in other people's spots and driveways, meanwhile, it leaked antifreeze everywhere, and he never even apologized for it!!!
