Neuhaus has saved out butts so many times. I had my boiler go on Thanksgiving day (which was freezing) with a house full of people, they had it fixed before dinner was finished. Yesterday our AC went out and it's pretty hot- they were here immediately. This is just two examples, they also do good quality work in our flip projects. Highly recommend.

I have a very intermittent problem with my geothermal not cycling on for A/C or heat. Our system is so quiet, we don't realize it until the temp climbs or drops by several degrees. Joel took the service call. He was extremely professional and through in his diagnostic. Though he couldn't duplicate what was causing the issue, he explained in detail what the "possible" causes were, and what the most "probably" cause was, took plenty of pictures and discussed with Todd after the service call. They were willing to work with my schedule they sent out a technician, a lady no less that was quite competent in her job. Had me up and going in about 25 minutes .
