Just an amazing company! We lost our A/C during a very hot streak. They did everything they could to get it back up and running as soon as possible. Very professional, friendly employees and Todd is just an awesome person who went above and beyond to help us! Will recommend them every time! They are the best!
A/C stopped working during very hot weather(of course), called Neuhaus as in the past. They got to us very quickly, diagnosed the problem, stayed with it until we were up and running again. Ran into unforseen problem or two, but able to solve them quickly and efficiently. Personnel are efficient, informative, and professional, and polite and caring. Great place to do business with!

Joel took the service call. He was extremely professional and through in his diagnostic. Though he couldn't duplicate what was causing the issue, he explained in detail what the "possible" causes were, and what the most "probably" cause was, took plenty of pictures and discussed with Todd after the service call. A phone conversation with Todd afte... read more
