I have a very intermittent problem with my geothermal not cycling on for A/C or heat. Our system is so quiet, we don't realize it until the temp climbs or drops by several degrees. Joel took the service call. He was extremely professional and through in his diagnostic. They were willing to work with my schedule they sent out a technician, a lady no less that was quite competent in her job. Had me up and going in about 25 minutes .
