Saw Neuhaus a few yrs ago for ingrowns. I was excited at the idea of not having to pay pedicurist extra to trim. He said no guarantees that they would not grow back; he was right they did grow back. His recent tv ads says he will remove small piece of the nail and problem resolved forever. Not true for me. .He literally ripped large pieces from both feet. This was done on 2 visits.
