I am very happy and grateful, earning an opportunity to start at NeuGen about 9 months ago. Everything has been very smooth from start of hiring process. Leadership cares and communicates often, promotes a safe and comfortable work environment. This was put to test in this pandemic. The worst company I have ever worked for. Ineffective management team and CEO that look out for themselves and do not value employees. Constant hiring, then firing employees when goals from Management are not being met. If you decide to work here, expect little support and have a backup plan in place. Horrible work environment and culture. Watch your back and trust your instincts!
