This is the only jewelry store in Rapid City that is worth going to. They have the best merchandise, high quality pieces that are unique for any occasion. I had my wedding ring custom made and the quality and care that was put into this ring was truly unbelievable!!! This is the first and only place to shop for high quality pieces of jewelry in this area.
I am terribly disappointed in Neugebauer's business. After losing the diamond from my wedding ring after only four years of normal wear, they would not replace the stone even though I had all my scheduled checks done. Not only that, they would not return our phone calls or work with us to get it replaced and then the owners flat out called both my husband and I liars. I am so disappointed that a long-time Rapid City business would treat customers that way.
