The new floors are outstanding. The project was done in a timely manner, even working with the holidays. Mike we love our new floors through the house.

This is the most dependable floor retail store I had the blessing to work with. Timely, friendly, respectful, and most of all the most helpful. Not reliable. Was to refinish hard wood floor .Did not show the week I was told they would be out . After no contact or response I called two weeks later . Mike said it would now have to be a weekend. Waited two more weeks for call and was told the only weekend available until after Labor Day was the weekend I was gone . No business is busy 7 days a week for over three months . Wasted a entire month on this business . If Mike didn’t want the job he should have never gave the quote and told me from the start .
