The entire staff is very friendly and efficient. Things move smoothly from the start. Dr Neuendorf is in the room as soon as the girls are finished preparing me (which is quick, also). He explains everything he is about to do and how it should feel. Very nice bedside manner. Plus...I feel better!
He did exactly what he told me he was going to do. Injections went smooth
Dr Nuendorf attempted to do a spinal cord stimulator procedure on me. First, his tech missed the vein for IV sedation - so I was wide awake. Then Nuendorf jabbed me in the spine and hit the sciatic nerve - THREE TIMES. This caused my legs to jump each time. After the third jab, he threw down his instruments and stormed out of the room saying "I can't do this". They turned out the lights and left me, alone, face down, in a dark room, on a procedure table. After a few minutes, a nurse came in, tossed me my shirt, and walked ou... read more
I went in for a procedure which he NEVER explained what and how he did it. When I told him before he started my procedure, it wasn't how the specialist at the Cleveland Clinic did it, he dismissed what I said. I was to go back a second time to finish the procedure, and they NEVER called me to come back for it. This so called doctor, didn't like the fact that I questioned him! DON'T GO TO THIS GUY!.
Easily the worst doctor experience we've ever had. Nuendorf attempted to perform a spinal cord stimulator in me and failed; three times he hit the sciatic nerve making me jump; he then walked out of the surgical room mid-procedure, saying "I can't do this". I was left mildly sedated, face down, covered by a surgical drape, alone with the lights turned off A few minutes later, a nurse entered, I sat up, and she tossed me my shirt. I've been a patient at the Spine Center at Southwoods for 6 months and all they want to do is prescribe opioid pain pills. After both radio ablation and steroid injections were ineffective for my lower back pain, they put me on a pain pill regimen. Every month I'd go in, the nurse would have a few minutes of chit-chat, and they'd text another 30 day supply of Norco to my pharmacy. He's been my Dr for pain management for the past 15 or so years. I don't know if I'd be able to function as well with my fibromyalgia pain I'd I hadn't found his practice.
very kind doctor i was miserable untill he treated me helped me tremendously
I have followed this dr from UPMC 2 times have had good results bed side manner sucks and now got a letter dismissing me for not giving 48 hr notice of app rescheduling or canceling but they can make you sit in office for hrs waiting to be seen then inject you and rush you out . They have made thousands of dollars off ofy back bit drop you for stupid stuff
