Extremely professional service. Was treated with kindness and patience. They went above and beyond. Would recommend!
There's no guarantee they'll fix your car, no guarantee their service works. After I spent 2k on repairs my car gave up after 2 weeks I picked it up. Since then they also thought they fixed my lights but failed to do so after 3 different attempts. Called it "trail and error". Waste of my time and money I can't believe I was recommended them. I requested for a transmission fluid change. Gavin got back to me quickly. He was so prompt. Scheduling with him was easy. Working with Shayden at the front desk was pleasant. He was very honest, very courteous, very thorough, informative, and kind. The service was well priced. The mechanics did a wonderful job. My husband said, “Overall, this was the best experience at a mechanics shop I been to in a decade.” I highly recommend Neue Auto for your automotive needs.
Excellent service and quality work at a reasonable price. The dealer recommended replacing the front and rear shock struts after 50k miles. I fell off the chair when I saw an almost $4k estimate. I decided to replace them myself because I could rent a lift on base. When I replaced the struts, I also replaced the stabilizer end links and the outer tie-rods. The work was done as planned, but the car made a thumping noise from the front left side when going over rough pavement. I spent hours troubleshooting. It was frustrating ... read more
