Amazing Trainer !!! Not only is he in tune with the human body he is a God fearing man. I got blessed to have trained with him. I can't believe his age and he is in better shape that 18 yr men. Its Crazy !!! His training is intense if I wasn't such a sissy and quite I would be in shape today but when I was training with him; It was a life changer for the good.
