This place is amazing. The staff are all kind and welcoming. I cannot begin to tell you how my therapist helps me each week to work through the various setbacks.
Scammy company. This establishment began seeing me as a patient without proper insurance documentation filed on their end and ultimately told me I was responsible for all the back charges after my insurance would not pay for the sessions that Neubauer scheduled me for (after Neubauer stated my insurance was good). Marquita, the office manager, is incredibly rude and unfriendly. If you’re in need of mental health services, stay clear of this place.
