I worked very briefly has a housekeeper for this company, I have over 5 years of housekeeping experience and do a fabulous job by their own remarks. I would never work here again and any prospective client or worker should be aware that they are not "empowering gig workers" at all and only exploiting them for sub-minimum wage work and then throwing them under the bus for being "lazy" when clients complain. The cleaners are very rude no manners at all
I have use them for several years now to clean all of my Airbnb’s and other short term rentals, and they are amazing. Great staff and good attitudes from all. They have an interactive website and you can book online. I don’t know what I would do without their services!

I do not have a single bad thing to say about these guys. I never go out of my way to write reviews, but I have the time today. If you are an AirBnb owner, Neu is the way to go for taking the stress of cleaning the unit off your back. I have a consistent 4 hour window between reservations and they always, always show up exactly on time and leave the place looking perfect.
