Buyer Beware! – After having Networld as an ISP for years, I started having problems in the spring of 2008. After making several calls to find out what was happening and being assured that the problems were being resolved, I suddenly could not get anyone to answer the phone. I found a new ISP in the early summer and wrote off the fact that I had paid a yearly fee in Nov. 2007, as I could still not get an answer at the business and the internet site was down. Networld Internet, LLC Seems Very Dishonest – Networld Internet Seems Very Dishonest After 4 months of not being able to find the Networld web page, and my email only working sporadically I finally found a phone # on this site to contact them about an unauthorized charge to my credit card for monthly service, which I did not want. Shady Company – NetWorld Connections internet service seams to have turned shady with questionable business practices woven in a complex web of concealment. They will not disclose there current phone and place of business while still billing and making it difficult for customers to effectively cancel service. May be out of business – 736 5200 seems to be a disconnected number plus email and main servers appear to be down no service appears to be available and all without warning

Crummy company – This company has surpassed everyone else on poor customer service. Their motto must be "Not my problem, deal with it, but don't forget to send me money." Had to change to a different ISP, because this company is so poor.

Poor customer service and internet access – Poor internet access. Do not answer phones. I have finally switched to another internet carrier because this company has such poor access and no response to problems. I would NOT recommend this company.
