Rebecca was so helpful, do work for Dometic and a customers door was slightly damaged she helped out quickly and thoughtfully with information etc.
New water fitted only to discover hole in new tank when I got home, then had to return van to get tank replaced. Shower blockage caused after new water tank installed. Brackets not fixed to undercarriage, Took van back a second time. First visit van was there for 12 days, second visit van there for 7 days and still couldn't get all issues fixed Gas leak wasn't retested when ensure leak was fixed, had to pay out of pocket expense to get it fixed. We had damage on our caravan. Daryl and his team advised us good. The repair was really quick. Within 2 days!!! Some repair shops take 3 months! All the insurrance work was done by the team. Totally stress free for us!
