Avoid renting or doing any sort of business with these people at all cost! We rented for 1 year from them and were charged with 10K in damages to the house when we moved out. We asked friends around town and this is what Anna and Ed lord are known for doing around town. Charges were supposedly "5k" for new carpet, "4K" for painting, plus another 1k in miscellaneous. Use EXTREME CAUTION if you plan to lease from this Company! Take TONS of BEFORE and after pictures, get EVERYTHING in writing, send all mail/rent payments CERTIFIED and DEMAND receipts. If you have excellent credit do NOT lease from here, the landlord will use it to threaten you with and will bad mouth you when you leave. The property I stayed at was very old, dangerous, and had bug issues. We are a home cleaning service. Mr. Lord contracted with us to clean a house and prepare it for a client move-in. Mr. Lord told us that he would send a check for the cleaning. We have never received payment. We have called and left numerous messages and have not received a single call back. Very poor business ethics.
