My thought was they ran out of money for the outside living environment..... Pool with Spa, BBQ Pit, horse shoe pit. 150K maximum.
My experience with Network Realty was less than both a pleasant and professional experience. I worked with one of their realtors in Nevada City and felt that I was promoting and encouraging and lastly pushing the agent to follow up and get things done. In the end, I was talking with the buyers agent rather than my agent doing the calling. My house was overpriced from the beginning and necessary repairs that I was able to make were marginalized and thus the lengthy time for the sale and reduced price.
Kathy Papola and her team at Network Real Estate go above and beyond. I am more than thankful for what they have done for me, every detail has been taken care of. She was thoughtful and thorough.
I have worked with other real estate agents in the past and I was not happy with what happened but I reached out to Kathy Papola and she has been great. She knows what she is doing.
