I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Network Real Estate. The management Deedee is unresponsive and unprofessional. My repeated requests for my pool keys and parking passes have been ignored for weeks . Additionally, communication is abysmal, that made me decide to sell the house that I just bought!I I expected a higher level of service for the fees we pay, but unfortunately, this HOA realty falls far short. I do not recommend them to anyone looking for a well-managed community.
Communication is challenging, to say the least. Very rarely do we see return phones calls or return emails
Lauren was a consummate professional and a joy to work with on my rental house in Wilmington! She did a great job advising me and found the best tenants for my situation so quickly! I highly recommend her!!
