The worst property management company I have ever encountered. I would like to give a "0 Star" rating if I could.
Worst responsiveness of any property management company I've interfaced with as a tenant. Unable to get ahold of anyone or get anyone to respond back to me for two months, after contacting via email and phone for multiple electrical and safety concerns. Considering reporting them to a housing authority or code enforcement.
NCM has been great. Irene is our manager, and she is very kind and informative. She is very approachable and responsive. Tony is also wonderful to work with. Our neighborhood was previously with Management Trust and AllPro. Both were terrible with AllPro being the worst. I would recommend NCM to your neighborhood.
This is the most incompetent and unprofessional organization that I have ever delt with. The level of services rendered and the communication provided make it nearly impossible to service the needs of the owners or vendors.
I needed some information for a real estate purchase. They were very fast and helpful. I deal with management companies often and this was extraordinary.
