Bad customer service – I am in the US military and I rented a property from this office in 2007. I was then deployed to Iraq for one year. The company was difficult to deal with and made it seem like I was on their time. I never received my security deposit and I am currently coordinating with them to receive the check. I keep getting the run around with them and they continue to treat me as if they don't have time for me.
