I have had the worst time with this company and reviewers. They say evidence based reviews but I sent them evidence of a 23 yr disorder and they say I am perfectly normal. Huh? I have to take 14 meds to manage my condition but according to this place I take no medication at all. I sent them the list from my pharmacy as well as provided the doc info to speak with them and they have not been returning calls. They find it ok to deny someone who needs a life saving medical procedure
I would give this less than one if I could. This deny insurance for profit business denied my daughter Ibrance, which is needed for her cancer treatment! It’s 20,000 a month self pay out of pocket. This so called oncologist has not read the current studies for MBC and denied her without ever seeing her! This should be illegal, we don’t even know this scam of a Drs name! My 1 year old boy went to the ER via ambulance after suffering a seizure on the side of the freeway. During the ER visit the ER Dr ran a series of tests to try and determine why the fever started and if it was caused by a virus. First was COVID, Flu and RSV test and thankfully they all came back negative. Then the ER Dr wanted to run a test to see if there were any viruses that may have caused the seizure because my son wasn't displaying any other symptoms and they wanted to transfer him to a children's hospital via ambulanc... read more
In my opinion, a completey horrible company to work with. I would not recommend this company.
