Our organization, Facing Forward to End Homelessness just started working with Network it Easy in October 2018. We have been impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. They are responsive, answer all questions, and provide information to ensure that we are trained appropriately on how to use our systems and reduce risks. Network-it-Easy has worked with The Children's Place Association for over 15 years. During that time as the agencies IT administrator, they have been an integral part of our agency. We have been working with Witold and NIE team for more than 10 years and the service and response time are second to none. We started working with NIE a year ago and have been extremely satisfied with their service. They are extremely responsive and patient with some of our non-IT savvy staff. Working with NIE has also helped our productivity as people used to dread contacting our previous IT support and would let problems mount or find workarounds that caused more problems.
