We worked with Chris Anderson and Monica Ramos and everything went extremely smoothly. I would highly recommend them. I don't think our situation was very abnormal but we were trying to close somewhat quickly. Chris and Monica had everything completed and ready to go with a week to spare before closing. I couldn't be happier with the way everything worked out.
