Really bad experience. This is first time I had to deal with network funding and probably the last time! I applied for the refinance loan and they cancel my closing at the last minute the day I was heading to title office. I called my loan officer multiple times before he answered my call and explained that Fannie Mae changed some rules for refinance and they can not close. I have paid for the appraisal and everything. Then I applied for my new purchase loan and they kept dragging the closing to the point I was really turned... read more
