Kathy was extremely helpful and responsive through our loan process. she helped me navigate a closing balance surplus and then when the contract changed she made the changes need to still get some money back at closing. We are a military family that PCSed to Utah and was living week to week in Airbnbs. when we did get a house under co tract they got us to close in 18 days. We cannot thank Kathy Kassel and her team enough for doing all she did for getting us into our home.
I would highly recommend Mark and NFLP, they took a VA Loan on, and was able to close it within 45 days, this is almost unheard of with USAA and NFCU, they were so easy to work with and allowed me to do everything via an online system primarily which made us able to expedite the process... Mark Smith was absolutely amazing and able to educate and guide me throughout the entire process. I absolutely will be utilizing their services for my next purchase as well!
