You have charged my account 2 months in a row when I have not used your services, been through training, or had any access to a profile. When reporting the charge my request was recorded by your administration via email but ignored. I enrolled in your 90 day service but when the profile was not completed at the time of scheduled training I contacted your administration and requested to not use any service and to be removed from the contact list. We did a fundraiser for therapeutic horseback riding thru Network for Good/Facebook - Meta Pay the last 3 years In Memory of Our daughter for her birthday. They still owe us $50 from her 23rd birthday last July! I've been in contact since December. It's ridiculous! They keep saying they are working on it. They have had more than "enough" time to "investigate"! It's plain as day what we raised and what Random Canyon received. I've wasted so much time on this! Such a HUGE headache! WORST organization. They keep your money hostage for over 45 days (to gain interest on it I’m sure) and then if you switch payout methods let’s say from check to direct deposit - they hold it for ANOTHER 45 days!!! How is this legal? It’s nearly 2023 - we live in a digital age - it does not take 45 DAYS to issue a direct deposit!
