After 3 weeks of not hearing back from them, after repeated phone calls and emails, I had to email the president and all the other higher ups in the company. Surprisingly, I received a phone call, within 12hrs, saying the person wasn’t insured that damaged my vehicle. They had that information obviously and did not share it. If you have to deal with this company, good luck..

They initially tried to cover only 75% of what I was paying for in my policy. After a lot of back and forth and proof, they finally sent a check and it was still significantly less than the amount they “approved”. The communication with my adjuster (Tiffany) was so horrible, I didn’t even care to argue with them over the $700 discrepancy. Don’t waste your time with this janky company.

I rarely give negative reviews, but Network Adjusters is over here making me wish Google had a negative review rating system. All my life, I've never been so angry. Avoid this company like the plague. Seriously. Don't. Unless you're in to pain & anguish, and revel in suppressing intrusive thoughts. If there was an award for the worst company in America, Network Adjusters would win 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Would give minus 10 stars if I could. It's so difficult to get a hold of them, they take months to resolve claims and want to charge back for exceeding limits on claims that they took forever to close out.
