Stacey Castinado and Dean Nelson allow their subcontractors to steal from vehicles in their possessions. They do not return calls I'm a timely manor their reimbursement process is atrocious and foes not accurately reflect vehicle worth. It took 6 months to get my vehicle back before I found out $2,000 of stuff was stolen out of it by tje company they required my vehicle to be stored at.
Stacey Wilkerson is the adjustor that I have been working with she is extremely rude and unprofessional When contacted about a claim I filed over 30 days prior she emailed me back information from a claim that was not mines when corrected she became irritated. when I contacted her via the phone regarding my concerns she hung up on me. I havent been able to reach any superviors in the office since
I have an open case that had no injuries or damage for more than one year, I called them many times to close it because I have a dismissal on it, they told the claim is canceled but they didn't close the case, and that effect on my policy when I tried to renew the insurance.
It is shameful this company is in business. I was assigned to this adjuster "Joe Williams" that has absolutely dragged out my case to a point I am suffering financial hardship on a daily basis now. I had a clam against a water company "Northwest Natural holding company out of Portland Oregon. Their water company "Foothills Utilities", out of Yuma Arizona has been having several issues with running too much pressure through the water lines causing damage to several homes. After 3 weeks of not hearing back from them, after repeated phone calls and emails, I had to email the president and all the other higher ups in the company. Surprisingly, I received a phone call, within 12hrs, saying the person wasn’t insured that damaged my vehicle. They had that information obviously and did not share it. If you have to deal with this company, good luck..
