I last minute needed some braids for thanksgiving giving they got it done quickly and neatly 10/10 and so polite.
I had my braids done and I didn't like it. The one who did my hair, she call herself Valarie. ( you know that's not their real names) She was very unprofessional, loud and rude. my braids were loose. 2 braids came out within a weeks! I took the braids out and my hair was hard. She probably got mad. Cause I told her she was being loud
