Very upset with my service today. Brought in my husband’s Rudsak jacket and a king size duvet. Apparently they couldn’t do my duvet, instead of calling me before the pick up to tell me they couldn’t do it and so I could make my own arrangements, they waited until 1 week later when I come to get my things to tell me they didn’t do it. And for the jacket, IT WAS NOT EVEN TOUHCED I BET YOU EVERYTHING! I’m so upset I paid and left because this older lady seemed to not care at all of my dissatisfaction.
