We are a family owned and operated jewelry store featuring 20 designer lines including Pandora and Tacori. We have a full service, in-house repair department with a friendly and well trained staff. Our GIA Graduate Gemologist travels to Antwerp, Belgium bi-anually to buy diamonds directly from the diamond cutters to ensure the lowest prices and best selection. Ms. Diane CROOKS! CROOKS! CROOKS!!!! i went in to see about repairing my wedding/engagement ring set. I had lost two accent diamond chips and needed them replaced, so I took it to Nettles for an estimate. First they told me that all 28 prongs needed to be redone/repaired, I counted and the ring only has 20 prongs, so they were going to repair 8 imaginary prongs and charge me for that. They came back with an estimate of $1100.00, needless to say I took the ring to different jeweler. I took the ring to a jeweler in Palm Coast ... read more
Save your time and money Warning to potential customers about the service I did NOT get recently at Nettles. I had taken in my wedding rings to have a small diamond replaced, the diamonds tightened and the rings polished. The first attempt to pick them up the center diamond was caked with black jewelers rouge yet my husband was charged and sent home with the rings. The second time the rings were picked up my husband noticed that now 2 diamonds were missing and the explanation to this was that the woman "didn't even look it" ... read more
