I waited an hour for service and my hair looks horrible. My original appointment was reschedule by her. I was told to come the next to day at the same time and I ended up waiting over an hour. Her reasoning was because i didn't make the deposit but she told me to come the next day at that time. She could've told me that she booked someone else at that time but didn't so i sat out there not knowing someone was booked at my time. Either way my hair looks horrible. I would not recommend.
