Very unprofessional.
This company and owner Bernadette are very unprofessional. I wouldn't let them care for my turtle so I can't imagine having a loved one in their care. They are rude and dismissive when asked a question.
Much love & very good hospitality they treat my family well. I’ll highly recommend them!!!
