I've shopped at netsellers many times and always receive excellent service. They are knowledgeable and go out of their way to meet their customer needs. One time, i could not make it to the store before closing and they left my item at the restaurant next door. I hadn't even paid them yet! I was able to repair my computer and get up and running without having to wait until they reopened in the morning. That kind of customer care is rare!
