Proud of my company Netscout systems
Horrible service after the fact. Purchased a $4,000 piece of software on a direct corp to corp order. Three months later we lose the USB adaptor and Netscout refuses to sell us a replacement and has directed their distributor (CDW) not to sell us one either. I don't get it .... you folks have wasted so much of my time the past two weeks. I simply want the adaptor or I want a refund for the entire package. Today I will let every one on my BISCI list know of the service I've received from Netscout ;)
