Appointment made for my wife 8 days prior and get there and told appointment is for a week later
I called and was told I could do a walk in appointment, they were about 1.5 hours behind.Drove across town and waited 3.5 hrs and no exam. The office staff made excuses and more excuses. No professionalism at Netra If is sad to be treated the way they treated me. I will go elsewhere and make sure to tell everyone I can about Netra.and my experience
