Hurray!!!! My laptop had been crashing randomly since before the first hurricane. I took the computer to two repair shops with no luck. They simply threw up their hands and were zero help. The 3rd repair shop (NetPros) also had used laptops available. So, on 10/18/2024, I took my dead laptop to them. On 10\23\2024, they contacted me with the news that they had completed a cost-effective solution, and I could come pick up my "new" laptop.
