I was with my other insurance company for 8 years. After getting a quote from Jessica at Neto saying she could save me $600 a year, AND increase my coverage where I needed it, switching my policy was a no brainer. Such a warm welcoming staff whenever you enter the office. I would highly recommend Jessica and the ladies at Neto to any of my friends and family!

Poor professionalism. No real caring personal service at all. They would rather send endless emails to you than CALL to speak to you. Awful to deal with. Go elsewhere for caring insurance agents.
