These people produce a product that is ridiculously difficult to install. If you want a good router, buy a linksys router, not Netgear's misfunctioning devices.
YOU HAVE TO PAY TO TALK TO NETGEAR TECH SUPPORT. WHY DO I PAY TO TALK TO THEM EVEN AFTER I BUY THEIR PRODUCT. THAT'S SIMPLY NEW CONCEPT. FROM NOW ON, EMPLOYEES WORKING FROM NETGEAR WILL HAVE TO PAY TO TALK TO ME AS WELL.
