Our corporate firewall failed on a late Saturday afternoon. By 5pm that same day Nettech had a replacement onsite and the engineer was able to reprogram it with our configuration within 1 hr. Cisco Systems said I was out of luck until Monday. Thank you Nettech for saving the day.
