Really frustrating when you drive to get medicine because you need urgent medicine. And then you get there and the pharmacy is advertised on multiple platforms that it's a 24hr pharmacy and in actual facts isn't. And the Operating hours tint little bored so high up on the wall of the pharmacy in the smallest writing says 8:00 to 20h00???? Come on. That's not okay. Please fix this so that you don't waste sick people's time and energy and give false hope!
I have been sitting on casualty for over 5hours not attended to, the staff its so unfriendly and not bothered to help.

The service is very bad, my new born baby who was severely vomiting and dehydrated was not attended to for 5 hours at the casualty..the service is worse than public hospitals
The hospital building is impressive, unfortunately the care given to patients is of a poor standard. In Section 1 the patients are not treated with respect and dignity.When my relative got injured, whilst being in hospital , the family was not even informed, let alone apologize for not assisting a patient in need. This is totally inhumane and unacceptable.
