Went to this store 2 days in a row. First day it was closed, completely, no one there at 2 pm. I waited around for a while just incase someone left on an emergency cause you know, things happen. No one showed up at all for over an hour. Came back the next day noticed they were open and someone was there, this is at 7:30pm, 30min before they close. The door is locked and the lady inside is pretending not to hear knocking on the glass and avoiding eye contact once she did look up.

I arrived at 7:40 and was informed my Tiari that the system was down and they could not accept payments for phone bills and that they also were closing. When I said the website needs to be corrected since it said they were opened until 8pm, he started they were closing at 7:45 since the system had been down since 6pm and I said I could pay be cash, in which he responded he couldn't take cash either since the drawer was already put up and his computer was already shut down.
