Place sucks. No info guy who answered phone horrible customer service . And I’m stuck with an injured animal .
Currently have a sick bird outside my porch and I called this number to help and got hung up on. Horrible customer service. (Update: The bird passed away the next day.)
Called about a baby bird in a parking lot. Was just seeking advice. Dead baby bird was laying nearby. Absolutely so rude!! Gave me no explanation or extrapolation on not being able to answer my question. I called twice and they abruptly hung up after being obnoxiously vague and rude. I was overly timid and polite. I was completely shocked. There’s no way that this company could care about wildlife! Call someone else!
Found an Injured bird and called them because they are listed as animal control and before I can barely finish my question a rude lady hung up on me. So much for politeness and customer service. A bad day is no reason to be rude lady. I will be posting this review elsewhere.
