You’d think they would change their name since they give the impression they’re a rescue, not a for-profit pest control company. If you don’t want constant calls seeking help to the point of aggravation and hanging up on potential future customers, put your thinking caps on and, idk, CHANGE THE NAME.
Called about four baby bunnies that we found on our porch that we are having difficulties getting to potty as they are so little they cannot go on our own. We called and asked for advice and help as we tried everything google suggested - we were told "We're not licensed for that, call a wildlife center" And they hung up on us... If you're not a wildlife center change your name.
Very rude people….the female who answered the phone actually hung up on me. Wow
This is a pest control number not a rescue. Horrible costumer service. Was going to inform them that their Google number was not listed correctly and got hung up on. Terrible people.
