dumb company. bunch of scammers
Placed an order for an "in stock" item. Was only then notified that it was back-ordered. I immediately cancelled my order by phone messages and numerous emails. No one answered the phone, answered any of my voice mail messages, or my numerous emails. The next month, the order arrived. I refused the shipment, denied payment, and will NEVER do business with this outfit again.
they have the items when I order, but after 4days they cancel my order and tell me ou of stock . later I use my friend account ask about it , they said they have them , but 4 times price , that they sell with price , not first order .
If I could rate this website and customer service zero stars I would. I placed an order a month ago. Not once did they send updates telling me where my order was, as the email stated someone would. 2 weeks after the date it would be delivered I emailed with no reply. 2 days later I called and on a random weekday “they were closed for a meeting”.
