Service technician was very good at explaining what needed to be repaired. Communication with the office was prompt.
NetZero specializes in servicing and installing heat pumps. Our old heat pump failed during particularly hot weather. NetZero, who has been servicing our system for the past several years, was able to move a couple of scheduled, but non-emergency instillations, to quickly come to our rescue replacing both the heat pump and air handler in one day. Jordan was so helpful, efficient and professional. Net Zero responded immediately to my clogged drain line and arrived within about an hour of my call.
Andrew from Net Zero was outstanding. First and foremost, he was honest. He quickly determined that our very old AC fan unit did not die, it only needed a new part which he got in about half an hour. Beyond being honest, he was professional and very friendly. I am so thankful to have had such a great experience. I will never call anyone else. Thank you Andrew and Net Zero!
