Great service - friendly and knowledgeable, showed up on time, explained cost before doing certain steps with options, provided tips for changing filters/brands, and collected payment in person to save me time later. Great experience!
If 6 stars were possible, I'd do that! Net Zero is a fantastic company. They did a great job installing our heat pumps. When we had a minor issue, they came in an hour, late at night, and fixed the issue in an hour. Net Zero is a model for what great service looks like!
Very professional and friendly.
Andrew was prompt and efficient. He quickly diagnosed and fixed our A/C and he also taught me how to set our new Nest programmable thermostats. Net Zero has always been there for us when needed and I highly recommend them! 5 STARS!!!!!
